Terms & Conditions

Please read the following « Terms & Conditions » carefully. These Terms & Conditions apply to all such information concerning investment funds as may be supplied by PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management in electronic form. Such information concerning investment funds supplied by PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management in electronic form includes any electronic information tool (each one separately or together: the « Sites »), including its components, functions and information contained in or generated out of the Sites (each one separately or together: the « Elements ») provided by PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management.

By accessing any of the Sites or any of their Elements you signify your understanding of and agreement with the following Terms & Conditions and legal information pertaining to the Sites and their Elements. If you do not agree with the following Terms & Conditions, please refrain from accessing in any way any of the Sites and their Elements. The access and use of the Sites and their Elements as well as the following Terms & Conditions and legal information are governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland. Exclusive Place of Jurisdiction is Lausanne, Switzerland. The Terms & Conditions for access and use of the Sites and/or their Elements are subject to change without notice.

Destination of the Sites

The Sites are directed only at legal and natural persons seated or domiciled in countries in which the PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management investment funds or its respective sub-funds or share classes are duly registered or approved for public distribution, offering or sale according to the applicable local laws.

THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR DISTRIBUTION TO, OR USE BY, ANY PERSON OR ENTITY IN ANY JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY WHERE SUCH DISTRIBUTION OR USE WOULD BE CONTRARY TO LOCAL LAW OR REGULATION OR WHICH WOULD SUBJECT ANY ENTITIES OF PEERS SA AND/OR THE JULIUS BAER GROUP TO ANY REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT WITHIN SUCH JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY. PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management and any other involved party further assume no responsibility for, and make no warranties that, functions contained on the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Sites and their Elements or the servers that make it available will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

Linked Sites

PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management has not reviewed and has no control over any the contents of public domain Sites which link to the Sites or their Elements, with the exception of PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management Sites. No responsibility or warranty whatsoever is accepted by PEERS SA and/or Swiss & Global Management for the contents and/or the function of any public domain Sites linked or linking to the Sites or their Elements. Confidentiality

Please note that when using a public domain Site (internet site), data are transported over an open network which is accessible to third parties. Investment Risks

Please be aware that shares of investment funds involve investment risks, including the possible loss of the principle amount invested. The principal value and return on an investment in any investment fund will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares may be worth more or less when redeemed than the original principal value when acquired. Because of ongoing market volatility, the fund’s performance may be subject to significant short-term changes. Moreover, investment funds primarily investing in Emerging Markets and/or low capitalised equity and/or high yield bonds generally tend to be subject to higher risks. Please read the Investment Policy in the Prospectus and/or the Fund Regulations to find out about the specific risks inherent to a particular fund. The funds may also invest in foreign currencies (from the respective fund’s reference currency view). This poses the additional risk of a fluctuation in currency exchange rates.
